The seeds are sown directly in autumn as the soil cools down. Plants grow slowly thorough the winter months, developing a strong root system. The flowers later bloom to its full in spring. Drying of Helipterum Pink everlastings are picked up when the flowers are about to bloom. They are collected and bunches are made out of it. These bunches are tied together and hanged upside down in a dark and well-ventilated place. After drying take them, untie the flowers and carefully store them in a safe place away from direct sunlight.
