Uses
Dried lily flowers are used for flavoring, seasoning and for making a blend of colorful and aromatic potpourris. They are great for aromatherapy, sachets, dream pillows, perfumes and tussie-mussies.

Hermerocallis is added to soups or stir fry dishes to impart a distinctively earthy flavor. They are soaked to soften before using in a recipe and may be added whole or sliced.
